1. Product Accuracy & Elegance
- Digital Representation: We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our leather, vegan leather, and fabrics accurately. However, due to professional studio lighting and individual monitor settings, slight variations in shade may occur.
- Handmade Elements: Some of our premium clutches and embellished bags feature hand-applied details. Minor irregularities are a mark of artisanal fashion and are not considered defects.
2. Order Acceptance & Pricing
- Availability: All orders are subject to stock availability at our Karachi fulfillment center. In the rare event an item is sold out after an order is placed, we will notify you immediately for a full refund or exchange.
- Pricing Policy: Prices are listed in PKR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Veaila reserves the right to adjust pricing for new collections or seasonal “Drop” events.
3. Shipping & Luxury Delivery
- Karachi Hub: Orders are dispatched from our Karachi head office. Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 3–5 working days.
- Inspection Upon Receipt: We recommend inspecting the packaging upon delivery. If the security seal of the Veaila box is tampered with, please note it with the courier before signing.
- Address Accuracy: Veaila is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
4. Usage & Care Liability
- Fashion Care: Our handbags are designed for style and moderate daily use. Veaila is not liable for damage caused by:
- Overstuffing the bag beyond its structural capacity.
- Exposure to harsh sunlight, rain, or chemicals (perfumes/sanitizers).
- Natural wear and tear of hardware (zippers/buckles) over time.
5. Returns & “Boutique” Exchange Policy
- The Security Tag: Every Veaila bag comes with a “Do Not Remove” security tag. Once this tag is removed or cut, the item is considered “used” and is ineligible for return or exchange.
- Hygiene & Accessories: For hygiene reasons, small accessories like silk scarves, hair ties, or pierced jewelry items cannot be returned.
- Change of Mind: We offer a 7-day exchange window for unused handbags in their original dust bags and packaging.
6. Intellectual Property (The Veaila Identity)
- All designs, logos, photography, and brand names are the exclusive property of Veaila. Any unauthorized use of our “V” monogram or marketing assets for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited under Pakistani Intellectual Property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
Veaila shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or the inability to access our digital storefront.
