Refund & Return Policy

At Veaila, we want you to carry your new silhouette with absolute confidence. If your selection isn’t the perfect fit for your style, our Karachi-based team is here to assist with an exchange or store credit.


1. The 7-Day Boutique Exchange

We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery. To maintain the exclusivity of our collections, we do not accept return requests initiated after this period.

2. Condition for Return (The Security Tag)

To ensure our handbags remain in pristine, boutique condition:

  • The Security Loop: Every Veaila bag arrives with a branded security tag. If this tag is removed, cut, or tampered with, the item is strictly non-returnable.
  • Packaging: The item must be returned in its original Veaila Dust Bag and protective box.
  • Condition: The leather/fabric must show no signs of “setting” (creases from use), and the hardware (buckles/studs) must be free of scratches.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and exclusivity reasons, the following are Final Sale:

  • Silk Scarves & Twillies: Once unwrapped.
  • Bag Charms & Small Leather Goods: Due to their delicate nature.
  • Sale/Outlet Items: Pieces purchased during “Flash Sales” or “End of Season” events.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take immense pride in our Karachi craftsmanship. However, if an item arrives with a manufacturing defect:

  1. You must notify us via WhatsApp or Email within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide a clear photo of the defect and the packaging.
  3. We will arrange a reverse pickup (where available) and send a replacement immediately.

5. Refund Method: “Veaila Credits”

  • Change of Mind: For all “Change of Mind” returns, we issue Veaila Store Credits via a digital gift card. These credits never expire and can be used for any future collection.
  • Cash Refunds: Cash refunds are only issued if the product is defective and we are unable to provide a replacement or repair.
  • Processing: Once your return reaches our Karachi Head Office and passes inspection, your credit/refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

6. Return Shipping Logistics

  • Customer Responsibility: For standard exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our Karachi warehouse.
  • Secure Transit: We highly recommend using a reputable, trackable courier service (such as TCS or BlueEx). Veaila is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return journey.
